My product came broken, what do I do?

If your item is broken upon delivery, please contact us immediately for a replacement. We will send you a return shipping label & send you out a new one ASAP!

 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We offer exchanges for store credit within 7 days of receiving order on all unworn items excluding orders using discount codes & sale items. A gift card will be issued upon return of the order & inspection.

CAN I RETURN A CUSTOMIZED ORDERED ITEM?

Custom designed merchandise, class rings, and items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

What if my order was returned to sender?

If your package is returned to us for any reason you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent again. Please contact us if your order tracking says it has been returned to our warehouse.
